If your company operates the Government Payroll Giving Scheme, you can make a donation through your salary. Your gift will be deducted from your pay before tax and you benefit by not having to pay tax on this gift. There for for every £1 you wish to donate, you will only pay 78p, but our charity will still receive £1.
In addition, over the next three years, the Government has pledged to add a further 10% to your gift through Payroll Giving. So for every £1 you donate, The Countess of Brecknock will receive £1.10, but it will still only cost you 78p.
